What we are seeking:

From time-to-time, Novotus will engage “Associate Recruiters” on an hourly, project basis to fulfill delivery requirements for our clients as an “On-demand” service. As our clients scale their business, Novotus walks in parallel to ensure the business needs are met. Our Associate Recruiter program allows select professionals the opportunity to work in a progressive environment on a flex basis. In addition to working with one of the best teams in the industry, our Associate Recruiters will have the opportunity to learn, in addition to leveraging your current skills to deliver stellar customer service.

Our projects range from short-term, full-time and part-time, to longer term, full-time engagements potentially leading to regular, full-time employment with Novotus.

The Associate Recruiter program is managed with high expectations and performance will be measured based on criteria which will include; delivery against goals, work-ethic, accuracy, customer service, reliability, team-work, and other project-specific key performance indicators (KPI's).

General Duties and Responsibilities:

• Recruit and Interview potential candidates and select highest quality
• Be an ambassador for Novotus and Client
• Project a professional image both internally and externally
• Ensure accurate and real-time data entry
• Quick communication and escalation as needed
• Availability on short-term notice

Skills/Requirements:

• 2+ yrs of professional, customer service experience
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Intermediate Microsoft Office applications a must (Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook)
• Must possess analytical, organizational, and assessment skills
• Collaborative team player who works well in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly
